What does a typical engagement look like?
It depends on what you need. Some organizations bring me in for a single workshop or keynote. Others work with me over several months for ongoing coaching and team development. Every engagement starts with a conversation so I can understand your goals.
Do you work with organizations outside of Idaho?
Yes. I'm based in Boise, Idaho, but I work with organizations across the country, both in-person and virtually. Travel is part of the work, and I enjoy it.
How far in advance should I book?
For workshops and speaking engagements, 4-6 weeks is ideal, though I can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines. For ongoing coaching, reach out anytime.
Can I order books in bulk for my team?
Absolutely. Bulk pricing is available. I can also pair a book order with a workshop or keynote for your team. Just mention it in your message or call me directly.
