What I Offer
Workshops & Services
I've learned that culture matters more than any strategy. A good culture whispers its values in every meeting, every decision, and every small act of respect. Every program I offer is built on that belief, and on more than 45 years of seeing what actually works when the pressure is on.
Leadership Development Workshops
Enthusiasm is contagious. So be a carrier. My workshops are not lectures. They are interactive working sessions where your leaders practice the skills they actually need: communication, accountability, decision-making, and giving and receiving honest feedback.
Each workshop is tailored to your organization. I spend time understanding your culture, your challenges, and your goals before I ever walk into the room. If it doesn't work on Monday morning, I don't teach it.
• Half-day, full-day, and multi-session formats
• Customized to your goals
• New managers to executive teams
• In-person or virtual
"I found the session to be extremely engaging and informative. Bryan's passion and preparation were very apparent. The way in which he presents captivates the audience and encourages participation. With all the change occurring in our industry, he certainly had great advice on how to manage and effectively lead teams through difficult times."
Alex Henning, Customer Business Manager, Danone North America
DiSC Assessments
Everything DiSC is not a test. It is a personality assessment, and the model helps your people communicate in ways that matter. I am a certified facilitator who has used it with thousands of leaders across every kind of organization.
DiSC helps your team understand their own communication styles and the styles of the people around them. That understanding is the foundation for better meetings, fewer conflicts, and teams that enjoy working together.
I do not hand out reports. I facilitate sessions that turn DiSC results into practical behaviors your people can use Monday morning. Teams tend to reflect the light, or the shadow, of their leaders. DiSC helps everyone choose light.

Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team
Teamwork is the most untapped competitive advantage most organizations have. Based on Patrick Lencioni's model, the Five Behaviors program helps teams build the trust, accountability, and commitment they need to perform together, rather than simply coexist.
As a certified practitioner, I guide teams through each of the five layers. Each one builds on the last. Skip a layer and the whole thing falls apart. I have seen that happen, and I have seen the difference when teams get it right.
"Bryan is an extremely compassionate and dedicated professional. His passion for developing others is inspiring. His approach, charisma and style make for a highly effective facilitator, and his experience, knowledge and honesty make for a trusting coach."
Mike Pepin, Business Operations Manager, City of Meridian
Executive Coaching
I often ask leaders, "What do you need from me to succeed?" And then I listen for the real answer. Some challenges are too personal for a workshop and too important to figure out alone. My one-on-one coaching gives leaders a confidential space to think through transitions, tough decisions, and the edges of their own growth.
This is not therapy. It is not hand-holding either. It is a structured partnership with someone who has been where you are and who will ask you the questions you have been avoiding. People may forget what you said. They may forget what you did. They will not forget how you made them feel. I take that seriously.
