Leadership Development Workshops
I often tell leaders that enthusiasm is contagious, so be a carrier. My workshops aren't lectures. They're interactive, energetic, engaging working sessions where your leaders practice the skills they need, communication, accountability, decision-making, and the ability to give and receive honest feedback.
Each workshop is tailored to your organization's specific challenges. I spend time understanding your culture, your pain points, and your goals before I ever walk into the room. If it doesn't work on Monday morning, I don't teach it.

Teamwork is the single most untapped competitive advantage. Based on Patrick Lencioni's model, the Five Behaviors program helps teams build the trust, accountability, and commitment they need to actually perform, not just coexist.

Executive Coaching
I often ask leaders, "What do you need from me to succeed?" Then I listen for the real answer. Some challenges are too personal for a workshop and too important to figure out alone. My one-on-one coaching gives leaders a confidential space to think through transitions, tough decisions, and growth edges.
This isn't therapy, and it isn't hand-holding. It's a structured partnership with someone who's been where you are and who'll ask the questions you're avoiding.
